Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take longer. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a separate notification when your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Our shipping times to the United Kingdom are 3-6 business days and 5-10+ business days worldwide. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible at safarisupplements@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped, and we are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

International shipping, duties, and taxes

International availability is shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your order appears delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first.
